Dear Parents,

To slow the spread of novel coronavirus (Covid-19), the Japanese government has asked all schools and educational institutions to close until early May.  We need to follow their request for our students, parents, and teachers.

We have decided to close the school office from tomorrow (our online classes will continue as normal). Parents, prospective parents, and people who need to visit the school urgently can contact Mrs. Lee at 080-2374-9445 or email info@wics.jp.

事務局の一時閉鎖のお知らせ

拝啓　時下ますますご清栄のこととお喜び申し上げます。

昨今の社会状況の中、日頃WICSの教育方針・活動につきましてご理解とご協力をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。

先日より新型コロナウイルス（Covid-19）の感染拡大を遅らせるために、日本政府は5月上旬まで学校や教育機関を閉鎖するように要請しています。 私たちは、生徒、保護者、教職員の安全のために、その要請に従う必要があります。

そこで本校では明日からしばらくの間、学校事務局を閉鎖することにしました（オンライン授業はそのまま継続されます）。期間に関しましては追ってご連絡いたします。そのため、特別な事情がない限り校舎も一時閉鎖となります。保護者の皆様、もしくは学校見学希望の方、または緊急に来校が必要な方は、校長のLee（080-2374-9445）またはメール（info@wics.jp）までご連絡ください。

引き続きご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
